Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellation and refund terms for corporate gifts, promotional merchandise, employee welcome kits, Diwali corporate gifts, custom printed products, and bulk orders placed with Across Corporate.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before sourcing, production, logo printing, branding, packaging, or dispatch work has started. Once customization begins, cancellation may not be possible.

Customized Products

Products with logo printing, personalization, custom packaging, inserts, artwork, festive sleeves, or brand-specific customization are generally non-refundable unless there is a confirmed defect or error from our side.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered for eligible cases such as non-availability of products, failed order confirmation, duplicate payment, or approved quality issues after review.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, videos, and order details for review.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds, if applicable, are processed after verification. Refund timelines may vary based on payment method, bank processing, and order conditions.
